A：Not for the others, but for me. I was in the library going over my lessons when suddenly one of my roommates came in. He told me that I was wanted on the phone in my dormitory, and that person would call me again several minutes later.

對(duì)別人沒(méi)有，而對(duì)我就有。我正在圖書(shū)館復(fù)習(xí)功課，突然我的一位室友進(jìn)來(lái)告訴我說(shuō)有人打電話到宿舍找我，還說(shuō)那人過(guò)幾分鐘會(huì)再打電話來(lái)。

B：Did you hurry back to the bedroom?

A：Yes. I went back to the dorm only to find my roommates laughing and shouting "April Fool, April Fool".

是啊。我一走進(jìn)宿舍樓就發(fā)現(xiàn)我的室友們?cè)谛?，還大聲叫道“四月傻瓜，四月傻瓜!”

B：Oh, your classmates took you in.

哦，你的同學(xué)把你給捉弄了吧。

A：Only then did I realize it was April Fools' Day.

我這才明白原來(lái)是愚人節(jié)。
