In school, I workvery hard and I rank in the top of my class. Therefore, my classmates wouldlike to ask me some questions about study when they do not ask for teachers. Ilike helping others. Firstly, when others need help, I want to give them ahand. They come to me, because they trust me. This makes me happy. Secondly, Ican get help from others, too. Once you did some favors to them, they are morelikely to help you. Finally, helping others is helping myself, too. When Isolve problems, I get improvement at the same time.

Helping others has always been a virtue in traditional Chinese culture. But what’s strange nowadays is that people dare not show their helping hands to those in need. I would like to elaborate my views on this issue.

樂于助人在中國傳統(tǒng)文化中一直是一種美德?？墒呛芷婀值氖?，現(xiàn)在的人都不敢伸出援手去幫助那些需要幫助的人

Firstly, I think people’s moral sense has degraded. When egoism gains the upper hand, many people find it growingly hard to help others. Secondly, there is no denying that some tragic events turn out to be traps by people with evil intentions. So common people are becoming more risk-conscious and are more wary of traps and deceits.

首先，我認(rèn)為人們的道德意識已經(jīng)退化。當(dāng)利己主義獲得了上風(fēng)，許多人覺得越來越難去幫助別人。其次，毫無疑問一些不幸的事件結(jié)果證明是有著不良目的的陷阱。因此，老百姓變得越來越有危機(jī)意識而陷阱和騙局也變得越來越謹(jǐn)慎。

In general, I contend the idea that we should be warm-hearted and offer help as well as look out for potential hazards so as not to be deceived.
