職位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support

• - Make phone call with customer according to the Customer List

• -Collect and consolidate recall feedback report

• - Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda

• - Provide guests or customer greeting, support/coordinate visits

• - Manage all aspects of personal assistant activities to credit card DS , including stationery office equipment supplies.

• - Responsible for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including airline hotel reservations

• - Check work attendance of whole employee in credit card center, manage express affairs

• -Staff lockers arrangement, distribution and use of management

• -Credit card application form management, including the payment, recovery and tracking the use of wear and tear condition

• - Other administrative requirements provided by manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• -Strong interpersonal skill and good team player

• - Good organization and coordination skills

• - Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC Office

• - Stable,reliable,hardworking,flexible

• - Attention to details

• - College graduate and above

• - 1 year assistant experience is preferred
