Major Responsibilities:
1. To develop and implement yearly product strategy and prodcut plan, and ensure proper implementation by the marketng and sales functions.
2. To develop and implement strategic or operational reactions according to monitoring and analyzing competitors’ activities.
3. To execute and monitoring yearly promotion budgets as allocated to the Product Magnagement function.
4. To develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders on a national and regional level through personal calls and joint calls with the sales force.
5. To design and prepare promotional campaigns and materials; all printed matters; product advertisements; product-related gimmicks stick to the promotion strategy. And ensure proper usage by Marketing and Sales.
6. To organize relevant (international, national, or regional) scientific and promotion events according to the Yearly Planning, and in cooperation with the Local marketing managers and the Sales Dept.
7. To design and carry out marketing research.
8. To collaborate with sales training department to develop training concept.
Capability and Competence:
1. MBA student
2. Good command of English, both spoken and written
3. Medical and pharmaceutical related knowledge of relevant market segments, Strategic thinking, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Computer skills, marketing related competencies.
