一、招聘崗位、數(shù)量、職責(zé)及應(yīng)聘條件:

(一)球類體育教師 2名

職位:助理教授、講師,或助教。

職責(zé):

1. 教授學(xué)生的球類課程(籃球?qū)m?同時可以指導(dǎo)羽毛球、網(wǎng)球、足球等課程者優(yōu)先);

2. 指導(dǎo)學(xué)院組織的相關(guān)活動及比賽(如籃球比賽、足球比賽、羽毛球等);

3. 協(xié)助院里的其它事務(wù)處理。

應(yīng)聘條件:

1. 學(xué)位:具有研究生及以上學(xué)歷并取得碩士及以上學(xué)位;取得博士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先;

2. 外語:具備優(yōu)秀的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力者優(yōu)先;

3. 能力:熱愛教育事業(yè),具有事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感,為人正直;語言表達能力強、普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、思維靈活,具有親和力,擅長與學(xué)生溝通交流;具備運動隊訓(xùn)練相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

(二)助教 1名

職責(zé):

1.協(xié)助教授完成教學(xué)任務(wù),做好教學(xué)服務(wù)工作;

2.按照教授和教學(xué)要求,用英語對學(xué)生提供專業(yè)的課程輔導(dǎo);

3.負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)和測驗批改;

4.負(fù)責(zé)組織學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)討論;

5.全面關(guān)心學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、思想動態(tài);

6.完成院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教授安排的其他教學(xué)工作。

應(yīng)聘條件:

1. 會計學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、金融學(xué)或其它相關(guān)商科專業(yè)畢業(yè),具有研究生及以上學(xué)歷并取得碩士學(xué)位;

2. 具有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷;

3. 英語發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn),口語流利;

4. 表達能力、溝通能力強;有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

5. 熱愛教育事業(yè),工作主動,責(zé)任心強;

6. 有耐心、積極、熱情、有服務(wù)意識;

7. 具有較強的團隊合作精神。

(三)行政干事 1名

職責(zé):

1.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院的行政管理、日常后勤事務(wù);

2.負(fù)責(zé)教學(xué)計劃的排課課程表的編制及考試相關(guān)的全部考務(wù)工作;

3.院里安排的其他行政事務(wù)。

應(yīng)聘條件:

1.具有本科及以上學(xué)歷;具有海外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷;所學(xué)專業(yè)不限;

2.英語聽、說、讀、寫流利;

3.具有較強的文字功底、較強的寫作能力;

4.性格開朗,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強;

5.敬業(yè)、工作積極主動、責(zé)任心強,有服務(wù)意識;

6.具有較強的團隊合作精神和抗壓能力。

Introduction to Bryant College of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai

Bryant College, situated in Zhuhai City of Southern China, is jointly founded byBryant University (www.bryant.edu) and Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai (http://www.zhbit.com/). It was approved by Chinese Ministry of Education in 2015. The program takes Bryant’s curriculum and standards of excellence. English is as a medium of instruction in the College. Position 1: Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities include:

-giving tutorials in the area of Accounting, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics;

-preparation of teaching materials/classes;

-grading quizzes, assignments and exams;

-conduct/facilitate quiz sections as scheduled for the course

-student consultation/supervision;

-coordinating student academic activities;

-undertaking other work assigned by the supervisor.

They should also have good communication and organizational skills; the ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and be self-motivated.

Qualifications:

The applicant should have

-a master degree received abroad in economics, accounting, finance, or business administration;

-good teaching, communication skills,

-fluent English, both in written and spoken;

-the ability of working independently, as well as the spirit of team work; and

-be willing to take up extra responsibilities.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant

The appointee will handle undergraduate programme administration, organize events and functions, maintain database, and assist in college office administration.

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities include:

-h(huán)andling general office administration;

-keeping liaison with academics, students and other University departments;

-assisting in planning, developing and implementing strategic plan and policies for undergraduate students;

-assisting in student registration and record management, timetabling and classroom booking system, administering examinations;

-coordinating recruitment support for students;

-undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

The applicant should have

-a Bachelor or higher degree, overseas higher education background is preferred;

-at least 1 year administrative or relevant experience, preferably with tertiary institutions;

-good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

-strong communication and crisis management skills;

-proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media; and

-ability to work independently when required.
