概況

國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)銀行成立于1994年，是中國(guó)政府的開(kāi)發(fā)性金融機(jī)構(gòu)，致力于以中長(zhǎng)期投融資服務(wù)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。國(guó)開(kāi)行有“兩基一支”（基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)、支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)）、民生金融、國(guó)際合作、綜合經(jīng)營(yíng)四大特色業(yè)務(wù)板塊，是中國(guó)中長(zhǎng)期投融資和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的骨干銀行、最大的對(duì)外投融資合作銀行，以及全球最大的開(kāi)發(fā)性金融機(jī)構(gòu)。國(guó)開(kāi)行目前在中國(guó)內(nèi)地設(shè)有37家一級(jí)分行和3家二級(jí)分行，境外設(shè)有香港分行和開(kāi)羅、莫斯科、里約熱內(nèi)盧、加拉加斯、倫敦等5家代表處。截至2015年6月底，國(guó)開(kāi)行資產(chǎn)規(guī)模達(dá)10.6萬(wàn)億元，不良貸款率連續(xù)41個(gè)季度低于1%，保持優(yōu)良的市場(chǎng)業(yè)績(jī)。

基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施融資的骨干銀行

國(guó)開(kāi)行是我國(guó)“兩基一支”建設(shè)的主力銀行，支持了三峽工程、南水北調(diào)、西氣東輸、國(guó)家石油儲(chǔ)備、京九鐵路、京滬高鐵、首鋼搬遷、北京奧運(yùn)場(chǎng)館、上海世博會(huì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等一大批國(guó)家重大項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。1998年以來(lái)，國(guó)開(kāi)行將業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域拓展到城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，不斷從大城市向中小城市、縣域延伸，助力中國(guó)城市化發(fā)展。

推動(dòng)民生金融創(chuàng)新的銀行

國(guó)開(kāi)行致力于推動(dòng)普惠金融，探索以批發(fā)的方法解決千家萬(wàn)戶的融資難題，加大對(duì)棚戶區(qū)改造、“三農(nóng)”、教育、小微企業(yè)以及扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)等社會(huì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和民生領(lǐng)域的支持力度，使金融成果更好地惠及普通民眾。2014年，國(guó)開(kāi)行成立住宅金融事業(yè)部，全年發(fā)放棚改貸款4086億元，占銀行業(yè)九成份額，全年發(fā)放助學(xué)貸款147億元，累計(jì)支持學(xué)生1200萬(wàn)人次，連續(xù)九年獲人民網(wǎng)“人民社會(huì)責(zé)任獎(jiǎng)”。

最大的對(duì)外投融資合作銀行

國(guó)開(kāi)行以市場(chǎng)化手段開(kāi)展國(guó)際合作業(yè)務(wù)，積極參與“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)與合作國(guó)多方共贏發(fā)揮了重要作用。倡導(dǎo)設(shè)立上海合作組織銀聯(lián)體，牽頭組建中國(guó)-東盟銀聯(lián)體，推動(dòng)加強(qiáng)金磚國(guó)家銀行合作機(jī)制，為中國(guó)與世界搭建起金融交流的重要紐帶和橋梁。截至2014年底，國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)貸款3198億美元，外匯貸款余額占全國(guó)金融機(jī)構(gòu)外匯貸款余額29%，繼續(xù)保持中國(guó)最大的對(duì)外投融資銀行地位。

Astheleadingbankforinfrastructureandbasic/pillarindustriesfinancing,CDBhasfinancedahostofmajornationalprojects,includingtheThreeGorgesDam,thecross-countrywaterdiversionandnaturalgasdistributionprojects,nationaloilstoragefacilities,theBeijing-Kowloonrailway,theBeijing-Shanghaihigh-speedrailway,relocationofShougangsteelplant,theBeijingOlympicGamesvenuesandinfrastructuresforShanghaiExpo.

Since1998,CDBhasbroadeneditscoveragetoincludemunicipalinfrastructurebeyondthedevelopedmetropolitanareas,supportingurbanizationinsmallercitiesandtownsacrossChina.

AChampionofFinancialInclusion

Committedtofinancialinclusion,CDBhasexploredsolutionstofinancingdifficultiesofindividualsandhouseholdsthroughwholesalebanking.CDBisdeepeningitscommitmenttopublicwelfarethroughincreasedinvestmentsinurbanrenewalofrundowndistricts,agriculturaldevelopmentandruralinfrastructure,education,SMElending,andpovertyalleviation.

Asoftheendof2014,withUS$319.8billionoutstandingininternationalloansaccountingfor29%ofallforeigncurrencyloansissuedbyChineselenders,CDBcontinuestobeChina'sleadingcross-borderfinancier.
